Your rights as a consumer

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons (pursuant to § 355 BGB). The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please address your statement to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which notification of your withdrawal from this contract reached us.

For this refund we use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged fees on account of this refund.

3. Special notes on digital content

The right of withdrawal lapses in a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer:

a) has expressly agreed that the trader shall begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and

b) has confirmed their awareness that by giving consent they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins (§ 356(5) BGB).

In that case you no longer have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please note, however, our voluntary guarantee set out below.

4. Voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee

Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: should our guide not meet your expectations, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase — straightforwardly and without further justification.

This voluntary guarantee exists independently of your statutory right of withdrawal and in no way restricts it. Simply contact us by email at [email protected].

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you can fill in the following form and return it to us. Use of the form is not mandatory.

6. Refund process

To obtain a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Withdrawal” or “Refund”.
  2. Please give your full name and the date of purchase so that we can match your order.
  3. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal within 3 working days.
  4. The refund is made within 14 days to the original means of payment.
